Our group uses the Warhammer Ancient Battles rule set as a basis for our games. We have developed a converted rule set to go along with the Ancient Battles rule that allows us to play with 15mm models. More and more, we tend to be going to the smaller size models. Mainly this is due to the large amount we can now field on the table. We can play a 15,000 point game an 6'x8' table and still have plenty of room for maneuver. I currently have a large Republican Roman army as well as a nice sized Ancient Indian army (15,000 and 8,000 points respectively).
For those that are interested, here is the latest version of the 15mm Conversion rules we use. Note: You still need to have the Warhammer Ancient Battles rule book and any army books to play. 15mm Conversion Rules
