Text Box: Miscellaneous Modeling Info

How to make a Felt Gaming Table:
My first attempt at making a Felt covered Gaming Table

Napoleon's Battles Movement Templates:
Joe's NB movement templates

Rare Earth Magnets:
Probably one of our groups best discoveries was the Rare Earth Magnet.  They are dirt cheap and can be applied to so many modeling projects, that I can only list a few here.

I'm sure other places sell these, but this is the site we use: http://www.wondermagnets.com

Magnets can be used for any model on a flying base

I have shown an Epic Thunderbolt here, but you can use these on BFG ships, Flying monsters in WHFB and/or WH40K

The Thunderbolt pulls right off

This allows you to store it much easier with no fear breaking the stem

Rhino with Dozer Blade

Pulls right off if you didnt purchase it for a particular game

Dirge Caster mounted on Rhino

Remove it with ease

Now you can replace it with a Havoc Launcer, Searchlight or whatever fits your need.

Dreadnought with CC arms

The CC arms are attached via the Magnets and can be removed at any time to switch out with any other weapons system.

Dreadnought with Lascannon and Missile Launcher

I switched the Twin-linked Bolter for a Flame Thower

Forgeworld Harridan

Again, the Magnets help out since trying to store/transport this monster would be nearly impossible.
